Overview

All the Approved exchange and replacement of damaged products will be delivered with in 7 business days

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • It must be in its original condition

  • It must be returned with its original packaging


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened skincare products (soaps, cleansers, etc.)

Please do not send your products directly back to the manufacturer.


Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

We may grant partial refunds in situations including:

  • Product packaging with visible signs of use

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not caused by us

  • All the Approved exchange and replacement of damaged products will be delivered with in 7 business days

  • Opened media or sealed products that have been accessed


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding:

  • Approval of your refund, OR

  • Rejection (with reason)

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a certain number of business days (bank processing times vary).


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  3. Contact your bank (some processing delays are normal)

Sale Items
